I have to write an essay into my English class and the topic is the following quote:
I'd like to hear your opinions on it, especially if you agree with it or not, and why. I need to qutoe someone's opinios in the essay, to support or refute my arguments. I will not claim your opinions as mine, of course. It would help me if you also included in your reply if you're from an English speaking country or not.The English language proper belongs to the people who dwell from South of Hadrian´s Wall, east of the Welsh hills and north of the English Chanell...Their (foreigners´) choice is to accept one authority or else make their own language....
