I wrote to Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackman directly (Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackman, c/o A Steady Rain etc) back around 20 September requesting a playbill. The letter was to both of them. I gave up on the request, wrote to Daniel individually, and to the stage manager to get a playbill. Got my SASE back today (19 October). Nothing from Daniel and no playbill, but a shitty obvious PP from just Hugh. Really disappointed. If only Hugh was gonna respond, it could have at least been real...

Letter and SASE to BOTH OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!! Least they could do would be pull a presigned playbill off the stack and ignore my request to personalize. Look like they ignored the letter all together....

I DIDN'T WANT A PHOTO! Please read my post before you respond. I wanted a PLAYBILL. I didn't have a photo of both of them to send, and I was writing to both of them to request a personalized playbill rather than the stage manager's stack. I didn't write to Hugh alone expecting him to supply a photo. I wrote to BOTH requesting a PLAYBILL.

I had honestly just given up on this one. I wrote to the stage manager and had a playbill in hand in under a week. It was really irritating that whoever did read my letter (probably not even actually them) ignored the fact that the letter was to both and for a playbill. You'd think Hugh's people would hold onto those PPs for, ya know, people who write to him! It'd have been even easier to send along a stage manager playbill. Oh well...

Here's to hoping for a day tomorrow!
