Address Request for Former MiLB Jerome Stone

Was wondering if anyone knows of, or could possibly find, an current address for former MiLB outfielder Jerome Stone.

Jerome Lynn Stone, born 12/26/60, he played two years in the minors, reaching the A level, in the Phillies farm system with the GCL Phillies & Utica Blue Sox in 1984 & with the Clearwater Phillies in 1985. He's the twin brother of former MLB left fielder/pinch hitter Jeff Stone.

If anyone could help me find a valid address I'd really appreciate it, thanks. I have Jeff's autograph so was hoping to get his as well.
