HELP!! Via Venue Question

Hello! I am a huge fan of The Celtic Woman. I emailed there official site and they are not providing an address to write to the woman. So I was thinking of sending photos to each woman or maybe all of them via venue were they are touring. They go to different places and I thought I would send it to one of there upcoming performances. I was wondering if it is a good idea to send it to the place were they are performing? Does that work. I have no idea if this will work and i have no idea what to do. Do I just send one photo to all the woman to sign??? I know they will be touring next year in the spring and I think they are touring now do I mail it a week before they appear to perform. I am so new to this and it would be amazing for someone to help me!

How are you? Hope everything's fine...
Yes, you can send only one photo to all of them...Actually it's up to you. You can send as many photos as you want but try not to send too many (7 is definitely too much).
So what venue are you planning to use? I can find an address for you and check if they pass on fan mail there. And there's a topic that may help you a bit: Tips on sending via-venue.

Hi! Thank you for helping me:) I luv your sig They will be performing next year at different places in the spring. They have the venue's they will be performing at listed under tour dates on there official website! I just thought maybe It would be great if you could find out which venue excepts fanmail. I was thinking about sending a couple grouph photos! I wanted to send individual pictures and letters to each person but that might be too much!!!!! Thanks again let me know~

And I want to write to all the women but I also want to write to Lisa separtly at another venue with some photos of her? Is that alright? Thanks again:)

If you want me to check more venues, please tell me dates because it makes me a lot of time to check ALL of them and probably you're not going to send out 10 different addresses, right? ;)

How do you write an address? You write it like this:

The Celtic Woman
ADDRESS OF VENUE

Example:
The Celtic Woman
Sovereign Center
700 Penn Street
Reading, PA 19602
USA

Where do you find addresses of the places where they preform?
Use google. You can write there down name of the place and many of them have their official websites where it's written what address to use if you want to contact them. Otherwise type a venue on this site: http://www.ticketmaster.com/ and you'll get an address there. If you still can't find it tell me (send me a PM or write it down in this topic).

Do you send a LOR with the photo?
Yes, never forget to include it ;)

Should I include photos of the women together or can I can include photos of each woman separate?
You can send them a photo of them altogether and photos of them separate. But if you can, try not to send too many photos to sign because some celebrities find it very rude to get 10 photos to sign.

And I want to write to all the women but I also want to write to Lisa separtly at another venue with some photos of her.
That's fine. Just don't forget to write on the envelope only her name so it should look like:

Lisa her surname
VENUE ADDRESS

Also, don't forget to write at the bottom of the envelope PLEASE HOLD ON FOR The Celtic Woman/Lisa surname (The Celtic Woman) (date of performance).

And I would of course use a different envelope LOR ect... right? And the last part were you said we should write at the bottom for them to hold it could you give me an example? I do not need to know any more venues I think i have plenty:) How long does a response take ? What happens if you get nonthing back? Do I try a different venue? Hmmm I think you can also pick the same venue and just post it into a different envelope but yes, it might be a better idea to use different one ;)
Example would be:

Name
VENUE ADDRESS

Left corner PLEASE HOLD ON .... Right corner
Response could take 1 year or one week. It depends if they sign via venue (have you seen any previous successes) and when do they sign. Some bands/singers sign everything they got on the concert date and send it out at same day, some prefer to sign things after the tour is finished.
If you don't get anything back after a month, you can try another venue (well, you can try it before too but I suggest to give them some time).
I suggest you to send it out 10 days before the event ;)

Alrighty:) Thanks again. I have one more question I am calling up some venues to see if they forward fanmail is that the right way to do it? And the only part I am confused about is sending separtly to Lisa Kelly. You said I mail it

what do I put in the corner? How will they know she is with the Celtic Woman ? I have not seen any successes. I have seen anyone try to reach the Celtic Woman and I have asked for an address before I there website to write to them but the manager never gave me one... this will be a first time!
