I would totally help you if I could, but I'm not an IRC expert... I'm lucky to have been to the States and have a dad who goes to the States once or twice a year, so I just get USA stamps.
As for getting a hold of USA stamps... yeah, maybe you could trade-off with someone or call up a US postal office and see if they can sell you some.
