How do celebs receive their mail?

When the management company receives the mail, how do they pass it on to the celebrities if they live in a different state? A silly question, but I'm curious.

I believe some forward the mail and others hold onto it until the celebs comes to see their agent or manager, I remember Dule Hill (Co-Star of Psych) has said that he lives in 1 house in canada for 6 months (while filming) and he lives the other 6 months in his other house in California (when not filming), I'm assuming he picks up his mail from his Manager during those times he's in Cali. I'm assuming a celeb would not hire someone they had no intention on ever seeing again, if they live far away, they probably only plan on seeing them once or twice a year.
