Re: HELP ME PPPPPPLLLLLEEEEEAAAASSSSSEEEEE!!!!!!!!
I send a 9 x 12 envelope pre stamped with my address hand written on it, a LOR, and a photo in a clear sleeve with some 80lb. card stock to prevent bending....and all this goes inside a 10 x 13 envelope. Write "Do Not Bend" on each envelope and this has worked very well for me, and is a lot less expensive then two bubble pack envelopes. If you are really concerned about the condition of the item being returned to you you can replace the 9 x 12 envelope with a Scotch brand photo/document mailer in the same size because it is made from heavier cardboard it will hold up better in the mail. They also make a smaller one for cd sized stuff that will fit in a 6 x 9 envelope.

Re: HELP ME PPPPPPLLLLLEEEEEAAAASSSSSEEEEE!!!!!!!!
How about you stick the cd booklet and LOR in a 6x9 bubble envelope, then stick all of that in a large enough regular envelope. Why do you want to use a bubble envelope? Safety? Using a bubble envelope will just add to the postage cost and will do little more to add to the safe transport of the booklet. I recommend usinf regular 6x9 envelopes and stick the cd booklet, LOR, and folded 6x9 SASE in an addressed 6x9 envelope. The booklet should be fine.
P.S. If you use a bubble envelope, you will likely be charged for priority shipping. The bubble envelope will be too thick to be considered first-class mail and too thin to be considered first-class parcel...
