I sent him a letter and some photos, but I received another photo signed. My photos didn't come back

I sent to John via that panto and recieved a big 8 x 10 picture of him. I sent my own pictures aswell but I didn't get them back. Cool success though! It's better than waiting a year for a reply through his agency.
