Questions about IRCs and stamps...

Hello!

Here's my problem: I've done more than five post office and they have no IRC or US/UK/Canada/.. stamps, even at the head post office of my department. I wanted to know if there were international websites (I live in France) that sold IRC or foreign stamps? Because I am completely stuck in my mail right now...

you could check in the autograph trade section often there are people selling stamps. Or you can request stamps from different countries there too in the "wanted" section.

You will not be able to buy international stamps at your post office. You should be able to buy IRC but if you're having problems finding some, forum members here may be able to help you buy swapping stamps or IRC.
