IRCs in 17x23,5cm ENVELOPE - NEED HELP PLEASE

hello.
so i want to send a letter to the usa ( autograph request of course ).
now my question is how many IRCs do i have to include when my letter/ envelope has a size of 17x23,5 cm? do you think two IRCs are enough?
help would be much appreciated.

That size is be considered a normal size envelope so it should cost 0.98 to go from the US to the UK. I think 1 IRC is worth 0.98 in the US, but if you want to be on the safe side, include two.
