Will they reply without stamps?

I live in Hong Kong.I cant buy any UK or US stamps.
But I still want to send TTM,I cant put the stamps

Will they reply me?

You can buy International Reply Coupons in your local post office which you include with your letter and the recipient will exchange these in their post office for stamps. I'm unsure how many you would need, it depends on size and weight of your letter. I would guess 2 or 3.

Alternatively you can purchase stamps from members here, if you visit the Autographs for Exchange/Sale section someone may be able to help you.

Possibly, but the chances are lower because you live in Hong Kong and they would have to go purchase coupons.

If you have any American money then put it in your envelope. ($3 or $4)
