Phil Lewis from LA Guns and Joe Retta from Sweet

In Des Moines, IA a radio station called KGGO has an annual event and they bring in the best classic rock bands. This year they had LA Guns, Winger, Sweet, Night Ranger, Dokken, and Skid Row. It was awesome! Anyway, Phil Lewis, lead singer of LA Guns, came out and signed for fans. He was pretty cool! Then, Joe Retta, the lead singer of Sweet walked right past me and I ran and caught up with him. Both guys were super nice! I was pretty bummed that none of the other bands came out to hang with the fans a little bit. I really wanted to meet the guys from Winger because they are one of my favorite bands. I was about 20 feet away from them, but there was a fence and a bouncer and sadly I didn't have any backstage pass! But, it was cool to meet those two awesome singers!
