if i send an email to modest management will they send me autographs if i ask for them?

You need to send to the celebrity, not to the management company. If they pass on fan mail then you can write to them c/o the management company but I doubt an e-mail would work. If you do get something, most likely it will be a photo with a fascimile signature on it.
