if you sent to his agency you most likely have received an autopen signature

I will add that something seems wrong with that graph. If you look at the flow it looks as though the signer was not sure and had some slight apprehension as the graph was started. It could be some sort of autopen but it is not exactly what I would expect an autopen to look like.
I personally think it is a lot different than what I have gotten in person over the years for what ever that is worth.
