well i knew this day would eventually come. i, my friends, have hit a dry spell. ive sent out at least 20 request within the last 3 months and have yet to get anything back. and to top it off, my josh hamilton auto is fading on my ball...which is my fault due to my inexperience with collecting autos on baseballs. you live an learn i guess....
im not giving up though. im hoping to send out a few cards and such to MLB players in the near future and maybe some NBA players. i just hope this dry spell ends pretty soon. im beginning to wonder if my letter is not heart-felt enough or if players are slowly declining signing ttm....
my recent cast-offs:
Darren McFadden
Arrelious Benn
Dallas Clark
Rashard Mendenhall
Jordan Shipley
Eric Berry
Hakeem Nicks
Roddy White
Ray Rice

Did you send photos and SASE's with each request?? Sometimes it takes a while for replies. I've had to wait years for some of mine to come back.

Re: GRRRRR, Success Dry Spell
yes, with most of them i sent 2 football cards and asked if they could sign both or keep one for themselves. course, i have waited over a year for one autograph, but it just gets a little frustrating when you dont get at least one back in a few months or so. i didnt know if anyone else knew if the names mentioned, if they even signed ttm or not. ive looked them up in the database but havent seen any success or attempts so i figured i would be the guinea pig.
