I know what you mean, thats happened to me before when it feels like they are constatnly ijnoring you, we forget how hard it is from thier side.

Anyway, well done on the 2 posters at least if nothing else, I mean THE DUDE, excellent choice with THE BIG LEBOWSKI, that would be my 1st choice!

I think every dealer in the world was out that day, which is why it was so hard. Ugh... Nightmare... and Jeff was trying to be so nice too...
