Using email

I recently started sending out for fan packs I contacted the Baltimore Orioles via electronic mail and they got back to me within minutes. Since then I've sent out about 10 times and have not been contacted yet by any of the teams. Will they send the fan pack with out contacting me or what should I do.

some teams will reply to your message or even send an email confirmation or a thank you email but not everyone will do that , you just have to trust they have read your email and if they send out fan packs then im sure you will recieve them in due time , but not every team replys with emails , it doesnt mean you wont recieve a fan pack , only that they feel they do not need to reply for one reason or another
