Joe Conley is an actor who played Ike Godsey on The Waltons. I've received a response from both him and a character off of Little House on the Prairie today. I guess today's a day honoring wholesome shows that I watched as a kid.

I had the oppotunity to do a telephone interview with him last year with a friend and also attended the annual Waltons Reunion in lynchburg, VA where he was the guest star at the Banquet. That's me and him in my Avatar. Got to spend some time with him afterwards and we talked at a table about his career.

Yep, I'm on the left and Joe's on the right. He has aged a bit, but still sounds the same and even quoted a few lines from the Walton show during the banquet.
