IRCs

I know you can buy IRCs online on the USPS website, but do they sell them in the actual post office?

Some Post Offices do and others do not sell IRCs. For example, the small town out in the sticks I live in refers me to the next city over. When I get there the lady has to look up the price and ask a coworker where they're kept because they sell so few of them now.

Thanks. I called both of the post offices in my city and one said they don't sell them and have never heard of them. The other had to check behind the counter and said they were not available. I just ordered them online.
