Kevin Bass Failure

Back on 10/21/2011 I sent Kevin Bass, former Houston Astros player LOR, SASE, and 2 cards. I got it back today (11-23-2011) with a note that says:

"I will gladly sign for a fee of $10.00 per card or item. Cash Only"

I will not be resending.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA $10 for him is so laughable it isnt funny. Looks like he wont be signing many autographs {down}
