If you send a photo to a celebrity to sign, will they send a COA back with the photo?

No because people only use COAs to sell autographs to make the buyer "think" it's real. Most agencies don't want people to be selling autographs that they are nice enough to give to fans. If you can find a real company who will look at the autograph to see if it's real then you'll have to pay for a COA. Also COA aren't repuatable. I found a website that you pay a flat rate, print the COA then fill in the blanks.

So even if I buy an autograph that has a COA, it could still be fake?

The reason I would want the COA is just to hang it beside the photo.

Yes but, there are some COA agenies that are real- before you buy an autograph do research on the company that gave them the COA. Also don't get fooled for the DNA stuff (they don't have the celebrities DNA).
