I sent a letter and SAE to David on: 29th December 2011, and today I recieved this signed and personalized photo back from him.

address i used was:

c/o Bristol Hippodrome,

ADDRESS NO LONGER VALID!!

I got my picture signed yesterday July 31. 2013. Sent about a week ago.
