Cannot get IRC's

Hey

I would be very grateful for some help.

I live in Ireland and according to the post office they no longer provide IRC's. I would love to write to some of the Chuck actors in America as it is my fav show but I don't know what to do since I cannot get the IRC's.

Anyone have any ideas?

I know some people exchange their country's money for US money and put it in the SASE.
