Harry Connick Jnr success and failure

I sent 2 photos, letter and SAE with US Stamps on to Harry on: 30th December 2011, and today I recieved this signed photo back from him, a letter from his fanclub, and my photos back returned unsigned. Still really happy with it though. :D
