IRCS, American Stamps and other help I need

Hi! I really want to send to some American Celebs, and I need help with the postage I'll need to put on the envelopes.
I'm from England, so I'm a little out of touch, but what I do know is that IRCs are gone.
So, if I wanted to send something to America, what should I put on the envelope to them, and what should I put on the SASE?
I've heard you can put dollars in, and they'll buy stamps, but will that work?
Also, will I need to use two airmail envelopes?

You would have to use Royal Mail air mail. The envelope needs to have the postage, mailing address, and return address. The SASE needs to have USA Stamps, your address, and the return address. It would be better to actually have the postage than send money, as the money causes further labor for the celebrity. You only need one air mail envelope; the SASE can be any envelope that the item fits in. Hope I answered all your questions.
