Some celebrities or artists visit their managers often and others who are super busy rely on video chat or skype to keep in contact. I know several will just wait till they get a lot of fanmail for their client and then box it up and mail to the celebrity to look through & reply, which explains why it takes bit, waiting for enough letters to box up.
and yes, Some celebs have a couple managers that represent them in various parts of the world. Some have a USA manager, UK manager, and any other country a celebrity might be associated with.
I've found that with enough research, google is the best place to locate addresses. many think you have to pay huge prices to have access to 'exclusive' addresses, but if you take the time, pretty much any address contact can be found.
some are just more harder to track down.
