I sent to Mr. West April 15th, and recieved back an RTS with "REFUSED" stamped in big red block letters all over the envelope.

Wow that's the first failure I've seen from him. Maybe he got tired of signing?

Still haven't heard nothing yet.

don't give up hope - I got one from him last month. Didn't post it because i didnt think much of it - he always signs - my contribution wouldn't matter much. But he signed a dvd cover for me and a photo for my daughter. Really nice guy, that was actually the second time he signed for me TTM. So hopefully it's a fluke?

He prob going to go through his Refuse to sign again. He did that couple years ago and started back up 3 months or so.

Sorry to hear that, maybe he wants people to buy some photos from his web site, I can understand that. He had been very good with his fans, I got some photos and DVD cover signed a while ago.

I received a RTS today also! If I'm not mistaken, it looks like "Return to sender" was written in his handwriting! I will post a photo asap.
