Wgat to put on the envelope of the fan mail for a LOR/SASE?

Hey I'm new and I was about to send a fan mail but I did not know what to put on the envelope if you want to receive an autograph back and do I need to put an extra envelope inside of the envelope i'm sending for the celebrity to send the autographs back?
