The original Allstar Chuck Taylor... Autograph???

I have a Chuck Taylor autograph from 1954 (the basketball player) the guy responsible for the chuck taylor allstars shoes. Does anyone know if this is rare and disirable. I can not seem to find one anywhere? Any one know about this? Thanks!!

I tell you in my years of autograph collecting I've never seen an autograph of the Chuck Taylor you're talking about (There was also a baseball player of the same name). Is there anyway you could post a picture of it? I'd love to see it! I'd think it'd be both rare and desirable because-

1. I've never seen one.
2. His shoes are legendary and loved even today.

Again, I would love to see it!

I'm sure its not the baseball player or the Stanford football star. Because it came from my grandfathers book and all the autographs were from 1954, 1953 neither of those guys were known then plus it looks just like the shoe!!
