Emeli Sande success... Maybe... Ish?

I sent an email to Decisive management on 3rd July and recieve a letter today (24th July)
I'm really happy cos I LOVE Emeli but I'm not sure if it's a PP :( the signature looks like it is printed onto the paper rather than sitting on top like authentic ones :(

i also think its a PP but im not sure
