Stan Musial Failure

Hi Everyone!
On 07/18/2012, I sent Stan Musial a sincere heartfelt letter (no request whatsoever).
On 07/20/2012, I sent Stan Musial a sincere heartfelt letter/LOR, and SASE.
On 07/27/2012, I received in my SASE an unsigned postcard.
I'm not too disappointed, because I suspected that would happen, but hoping I was wrong, I had to try at least once.
It seems to me that everyone that sends a Sharpie with their request is successful, because in none of the failures was a Sharpie sent.

I really hope it's not the sharpie because I always sent out sharpies w/ the SASE but with my tan Musial package that went out yesterday the postage was too much so I took the sharpie out

That ain't true. There's a certain member here that's gotten many successes from Stan Musial, and he's stated that he did not send any $$$. I also noticed the consistency of that member including a sharpie.

To Mr. Autograph, please let us know the outcome. Hopefully it'll be well.

It's very much true!

I know of hundreds who have sent to Musial who have NOT included a sharpie and have gotten a success!

They also include the proper payment he requires as well.

Look on some forums and TTM sites that are devoted to sports graphing and you will also see for yourself!

Discussing sports graphs to the majority of people on here is like talking to a wall.

Well, what I meant is that it is possible to get a success from Stan Musial without $$$.

But, Of Course, $$$ will sweeten the pot to get a positive reply from him. That's probably the case with everyone.

Sent Stan an 8x10 with return postage and $40 cash along with a sharpie. He kept the sharpie, didn't sign the photo but did send the $ back.

bnielz, I'm sorry for your failure, I was hoping that sharpie thing was accurate, and I was going to retry myself with a sharpie. But then I was deterred:
Check out what Bigautographhound says(8/13/12): "I have seen multiple successes without a fee and many from the same people on this and other sites. I have made contacts with a few people that know Mr Musial( and no they cant get me an autograph) and his situation. I have been told that if Mr Musial gets the mail he signs everything, if his people get the mail then they will send it back if there is no $ or the proper amount of money is sent."
So apparently, everyone that has gotten an unpaid success from Stan has merely fell @$$ backwards, merely lucky enough to have had their mail responded by Stan himself.
Apparently, Stan is cool, but "his people" are the money hungry ones.
I myself won't try again, I want Stan to read my letters, not his dumb people!!!!!!!!
