Hi!

A lot of celebrities will provide a picture if you don't have one. You can always just print one at home on photo paper. That's what I do. You can just find them on the internet. You can search the celebs on here, look for successes, and use the addresses on the posts. For example: Billie Piper. She has had some successes and those who did used this address:

If you live in the UK, write your LOR (letter of request), put it in an envelope with your picture (if you have one). Take a second envelope and put your address on it. Put a stamp on it. Fold it in half and put it in the first envelope. If you are outside the UK, instead of putting a stamp on the envelope with your address, include some money. (I live in the US so I put $2 US dollars). Always write "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes so they will not be bent in transport. Requesting autographs can take some time. Some celebs will take days, weeks, months, I've even seen years.

I'll use Google to find a picture of that celebrity then upload it to Snapfish.com and have the picture(s) printed at my local drug store. Then I'll send a letter (asking for them to sign my picture then complement them on their work) alone with a self address stamped envelope. For the return envelope if you only sent one picture you will only need 2 45cent stamps. Don't waste you're postage and add 4 of 5 stamps. It's unnecessary. If you're sending via venue I always include a Sharpie just in case the celebrity doesn't have one on them on set, at the concert venue, etc.
