Fortunately, I got my envelope back with a signed photo but I think that another time it couldn't happen. Could you tell me how can I calculate how much would the stamps cost to sent the envelope back to Paraguay? So that next time I can send some bucks.

I Would honestly go to your local post office and take whatever you wanna include in your envelope and have them calculate the cost. They will give you in exact number on how much it will cost. But there is no online app that can tell you exactly how much it will cost, that would be an estimate. Well if you include a LETTER, SASE, and an 8x10 photo: the MAIN envelope would get THREE STAMPS. The estimate weight of that is like $1.13 I think.
And the SASE would get TWO Stamps which is like 99 cents I think.
(not sure how the postage price would make a difference but, that's what I do.)
I always put three stamps on each envelope.

It would be the same price to SEND IT THERE, but you would need IRC's to have them send it back to you. Depending on who you are sending, they may pay for your return postage.
