Nickelback question

I am wanting to send to Nickelback via Perth Arena on November 17th. When should i send it?

I usually send my VV requests about a week before the show if it's in the same country I live in. If you are sending it to another country, I would send it at least 2 weeks prior.

I always write, "Please hold for show on [date]" on the envelope in case it arrives early.
