I wrote to his home address in Paloima, California. I told him about my effort at writing a novel, and he was super supportive and encouraging. Thank you Mr. Johnson for all your kind words.

The address I used was: 9556 Amboy Avenue, Paluima, CA. 91331. This was a sweet one, because I had been trying for years to get his autograph and that he shared with me a little bit of own struggles as a writer. After receiving it, I have been writing most of the evening. His encouragement gave me new found enthusiasm for it. I want to thank Mr. Johnson again.
