On August 3, 2012, I sent a picture, the instruction manual for Super Mario Galaxy 2, SASE, and a LOR to Charles Martinet's address listed on this site, and received my stuff back signed along with another picture that he sent signed and personalized, on November 6, 2012 (about 3 months). He personalized all 3 items that he sent back. He's a great signer and an awesome guy!
