Eric Cantor? Or Kevin McCarthy?

Hey guys!
I found this gem at the public library for a buck, a book called "Young Guns" by Paul Ryan, Eric Cantor, and Kevin McCarthy. Inside was an attached bookplate, bit I cannot really read the signature...is this Eric Cantors or Kevin Mccarthys? And also is it authentic? Thanks!

It looks like Eric Cantor to me. The signature looks good, too. I think it's authentic. There aren't many samples out there to compare to, but it looks similar to the others I've seen. Great find!
