Do you send a Lor to addresses you get via Email?

For example you send an email to a celebs agency and they reply saying if you want a signed photo send a SASE to An Address.

I always do but the instructions in the email say to include just a SASE.

It`s your choice! I always send a LoR with a few fair words. I think it`s courteous ;-)

Unfortunately for me, I can't send a SASE so they just send the photo for me for free :)
