Photo Question
I'm not sure whether this has been answered or not, but I wanted to know if I wanted to send a photo, would it be against copyright laws or something to send a scan from a magazine, such as Vanity Fair or Vogue? A lot of my favorite pictures are from magazines, and I was curious. Thanks for your help!

Hi melongirl13
This is a very interesting issue. With the internet nowdays anyone is able to download their favourite photo and have it printed. Technically, this is against copyright laws, but it's just too hard to police.
The same would go with printing scans from magazines. I haven't had problems (as yet) downloading photos from the internet, printing them and sending them off.
I don't think it's going to be much of a problem if you do send off scans to be autographed. If the celebrity has an issue, s/he could send one of their own.
