Question about Kevin McHale's Autographs

Hello! I recently have sent to Kevin McHale (Glee and NLT star) for him to sign two pictures that I sent and to please (if possible) send another photo and to sign it. My question is, has anybody ever experienced never getting their photos back that you sent to him, just getting back a picture he provided signed? I know that this has happened to people from other celebrities, but here I am specifically talking about Kevin McHale.

Also, just so you know, I have included the following things to him and sent it at this address:
-Letter of Request
-SASE
-Two Pictures
