Hi. If I send my Blu-ray Dark Knight sleeve to Michael Caine will it get returned signed? as I don't want to Have a sleveless Blu-ray.

There is no guarantee that it will get signed and returned to you. All you can do is hope that is the case and chance it. Good luck!
