Avril Lavigne... half success, plz help

As first sorry for my English!!

In December 2012 I donated 50$ for Avril Lavigne Foundation RockStar Room.
First 200 of that should get Avril's signed and personalized picture as reward.
I was about 105 so I had to get it.

In February 2013 I contacted them because still didn't received autograph. They told me I will get it soon.
In April still nothing so I contacted once again.
They told me it was sent long time ago and they'll send me new one (I think they just forget about me).
In May still nothing, so I wrote them again. It was 17th of May, Friday. They told me it will be send on Monday and I will get confirmation. They confirmed on Wednesday next week. It's important because all this time Avril was in New York and Foundation is in Los Angeles...
Today I got autograph...

I'm really dissapointed because only autograph and heart is authentic. Dedication isn't. I am sure, because I know Avril's handwriting very well, I'm her fan since 9 years. Even pen color of signature and dedication is not the same... dedication is thicker and darker...

Do you have any ideas what can I do with that? It's really important for me to have only original autographs. I prefer signature without dedication than with fake dedication... Please help me!

Maybe you should write back, and explain that you waited a long time and its said a authentic, amdin the email inclose your ip autographs and tell them about the different?

I doubt they will care to be honest, the pic is still signed, and it's signed by Avril, the dedication isn't the most important part, especially as the OP already has personalised items IP from Avril. You could always try removing the dedication if you hate it that much.

If your photo was printed by a professional photo lab (and not on a home computer printer), you can try using a dry erase (whiteboard) marker. Simply write over the inscription, then rub it off.
