Rylan Clark success and failure ( BBBOTS presenter)

I sent 2 photos, letter and SAE to Rylan as well as 7 others in one envelope on: 27th June 2013, and today I recieved both my photos back with only 1 signed and personalized, the other was returned unsigned, still great success , in guessing they got stuck together in the envelope.
