Via Venue Question

Hello Everyone, I am not sure if this is the right spot to post this, so admins/moderators please feel free to move it if it's not. I have a question, I am new to Via Venue successes, being that I am use to getting successes in the mail. I am going to see WWE Live in September and I was wondering how do I get a letter to my favorite superstars? Do I go and give it to the event supervisor? Or, do I mail it before WWE arrives? Also, My favorite comedian Gabriel Iglesias is coming to Canada as well, he will be in my area in November, I know it's still too early, but I am not able to attend his show, so how could I get a letter to him?

When I mail to a venue I try and make sure that it gets there about a week before the event. That way, the event manager can pass it onto the performers.
