WRITING TO AN ACTOR via THEATRE HELP PLEASE

Hi there
I am hoping to get a cast signed playbill, and was wondering who the best person would be to ask when writing to the venue?
The Stage Manager or the Director maybe?
Have never written Via Venue before so am unsure?
