Sent LOR and one card on 9/4/13 and today 10/7/13 i received an RTS

According to this article the Alexandria Aces folded in July.

No more Alexandria Aces for 2013

I got Hayes TTM over a year ago at his home address. I didn't even know he was affiliated with the Aces.
