NFL HOFer "Russ Grimm" success

Former guard for the Washington Redskins (1981-2000). As a collegian, he was an All-American center at the University of Pittsburgh. As a professional, Grimm had multi-selections to both the All-Pro and Pro Bowl teams, and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010. Grimm played 11 seasons for the Redskins and was a first team selection to the NFL 1980s All-Decade Team. Following the 2012 NFL season, Grimm was relieved of his duties as the Offensive Line and Assistant Head Coach of the Arizona Cardinals.
