Amanda Bynes TTM question...

Hi FM Users,
I know Amanda Bynes TTM recent successes have been a topic of discussion. We are aware she has been admitted for mental health reasons so it's hard to say if the recent ones are authentic. However, this wasn't until recently. I received Amanda VV "Sydney White" back in 2009 and also have received her TTM in the last couple months. Here is a side by side comparison (VV on left; 2009 and TTM on right; 2014)

I'm not going to lie; they look quite similar (aside from the way she inscribed To: Mark. Lower case T to upper case T). Does this mean her VV from years ago were secretarials, too? Could she have been signing for a brief amount of time recently to cheer herself up? Or does she have an excellent secretary? What is your opinion on the subject?
