Donna Douglas fail asking for $25 for signatures

Sent letter picture blank autograph card and sase on 9-30-14 picture and card came back in my return envelope with note on my card saying sent $25 and SASE for autographs.

That is Scott Stander asking for the fee. Donna does not charge. There is an address out there for her somewhere though she doesn't seem to regularly sign. I got an autograph a few years ago, took about 10 years.

Stander started gathering up clients in the early 2000s but didn't last long and I'm shocked people are still sending to his address. That address has always resulted in fees.

I hope she lives a long and happy life. My personal disbelief aside, she believes in the lord and I hope a positive external being is always on her side of health and happiness.

No wonder people don't sign sometimes...

HOW DARE SHE try and make a living!!! Quite right, I hope you live by this way of thinking and also go to work for free every day just to make people happy!!!

Nasty people who pass quick judgment! There's no law that says celebrities HAVE to sign and that they can't charge. You get all kinds. Like the people who won't send a photo or return postage etc and expect the celebrity to provide everything. I got Donna's at a convention a few years ago and she was nothing except nice.

Quite right, for every one of us that is an honest collector, there are ten more writing for nothing but the cost of a few stamps and a photo to then sell it on an make a profit. I'm surprised more celebs don't ask for money if I'm honest! If it comes down to it and I'm a true fan, I'd be happy to pay than have nothing at all! (This is not aimed at the original poster who was just informing us, by the way!)

I agree i don't mind paying for someones autograph I'm a fan of but $25 is a little high for the 4x6 photos I send. I'm a collector Something my daughter and me can do together and relatively cheap hobby. we are new to ttm autograph collecting we started 4 months ago and have had great success using this site and most of the real collectors have been a great help. Thanks
