Are IRC's used anymore ?

Hi,
I am from Australia, and just wanted to know if IRC's are used anymore?
I haven't sent any fan mail for a while and I was cleaning out one of my autograph draws and I found a pile of letters that I have ready to be sent, these all have IRC's in them, and it have a pile of about 40 IRC's as well.
Can I still use them ? Does anyone know?

Sure.

Many countries don't sell them any more, but as members of the UPU (IRC scheme basically) they have to accept them for exchange.

If you have that many then I would use them, always best to send 2-3 with each request any way.
